Cookies are pieces of code installed inside the browser which assist the Controller in the provision of the service in accordance with the purposes described.
However, the User’s consent may be required for some of the purposes for which Cookies are installed.

Technical and aggregate statistics cookies

Activities strictly necessary for operation

This site uses Cookies to save the user’s session and to perform other activities strictly necessary for its operation, such as in relation to traffic distribution.

Favourite saving, optimisation and statistics

This site uses cookies to save browsing preferences and optimise your browsing experience. These cookies include, for example, those used for setting the language or currency, or for the management of statistics by the site’s controller.

By using the site, users consent to the installation on their devices of the “proprietary” and “third-party” Cookies on the List provided below. However, users can always refuse their consent to cookies by disabling Cookies on their browsers (e.g. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera, Safari, etc.).

Types of Cookie

“Proprietary” cookies

These are files installed on the user’s device directly by the site being browsed.

“Third-party” cookies

These are files installed by third-party sites by means of the code embedded in the pages of the site being browsed. Third-party cookies include those installed by social network plugins (for sharing contents), or visit analysis cookies. The acquisition and use of information by these third parties are subject to their respective privacy policies, to which users should refer.

Essential “technical” cookies

These are essential for the correct operation of the website’s pages. Without these cookies, some functions could be impaired and access to contents might be restricted. They allow, for example, recording of the credentials provided by a user or a site administrator. Cookies of this type do not acquire any of the user’s personal data.

Functional “technical” cookies

These cookies are used to memorise the selections made by the user, in order to improve his browsing experience (e.g. the language selected, or precompilation of a form with the name used on a previous occasion). This type of cookie might include personal data (such as the user’s name). Without these cookies, some functions and navigation amongst the site’ pages might be restricted.

If the user disables the saving of all or some cookies, use of the site (or some sections of it) might be impaired or restricted by poor functioning.

Some types of cookies or third-party tools which might use them

Since the Controller is unable, for technical reasons, to control the installation of Cookies and other tracking systems by third parties by means of the services used within this Application, all specific references to Cookies and tracking systems installed by third parties is purely guideline. For complete information, refer to the privacy policy of any third-party services listed in this document.

In view of the genuine complexity of the identification of Cookie-based technologies and their very close integration with the operation of the web itself, Users are requested to contact the Controller if they require any further information about the use of Cookies and any uses of them, for example by third parties by means of this site.
